About Rotate / Reorder PDF
Rotate / Reorder PDF fixes the two most common page-layout annoyances in one place.
Switch to rotate mode to turn pages that came out sideways or upside down — choose 90° clockwise, 180°, or 270°, and apply it to every page or just the ones you name with the familiar range syntax such as "1-3, 5, 8-".
Rotation is added to whatever orientation a page already has and snapped to clean quarter turns, so repeated nudges always land square.
Switch to reorder mode to rebuild the document in a new sequence: type the page numbers in the order you want, like "3, 1, 2", and the tool produces a PDF whose pages follow that order.
It checks that every page is listed exactly once, so you cannot accidentally drop or duplicate a page while shuffling — useful for putting a scanned stack back in order or moving an appendix to the front.
All of this runs locally with pdf-lib, so the file is never uploaded and the tool keeps working offline once loaded.
Your original is read-only; rotating or reordering always produces a brand-new PDF download, named so you can tell it apart from the source.
FAQ
Does reorder keep all my pages?
Yes. The tool requires you to list every page exactly once, so the output always contains all pages — just in your chosen order.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Pages are rotated and reordered with pdf-lib entirely in your browser, so the document never leaves your device.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Enter a range like 1-3, 5, 8- to rotate just those pages, or leave it blank to rotate the whole document.
